Life usually begins for many of us, bright, sunny and full of the energy of Chineke. Through meditation and consultation with our Chi, we forge a particular process to manage a day full of our goals and dreams, until we bump our head on the edge of that open cupboard! Suddenly, our world is narrowed to the throbbing of our injured head. Our world becomes a painful experience. We notice everything that would not have mattered before the moment of our “Pain.” We bemoan our life and grieve for the good old days because the prism into the wonder of living has been taken over by the ache in our head.

As we wallow in our diminished threshold, we forget that the head is a part of the rest of the body that did not get bumped against the cupboard. We forget that our relatives and people of the world…
